The Gatekeeper -- Exposure time: >3 years

From 2022-07-06 to 2026-01-26, over almost 3.5 years, our system captured one image per minute from a single cam in the USA, resulting in more than 1.8 million images.

A meta image -- columns represent the time of day; rows represent individual days -- of these images reveals insights such as day/night cycles, daylight saving time shifts, camera errors, and many other temporal patterns that only become visible through long-term observation.
